| Ford Motor Company Names Donna Inch New Chairman and CEO of Ford Land |
 Donna Inch, chairman and CEO, Ford Land Jan. 20, 2010 – Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) has appointed Donna Inch as chairman and CEO of Ford Land, the real estate and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company effective immediately. She replaces Phil Horlock, who elected to retire in December 2009 after a 32-year-career with Ford. As chairman and CEO of Ford Land, Inch has global responsibility for real estate, construction and facility services for Ford Motor Company, which includes manufacturing, research and development, distribution and office properties. She reports to Bob Shanks, Ford’s vice president and controller. “Donna brings a wealth of experience to Ford Land from key positions she has held in a number of critical operations at Ford Motor Company,” Shanks said. “Donna’s management style, business acumen, and active involvement in developing our people have made her a respected leader within the company. The Ford Land team is fortunate to have her at the helm.” Inch joined Ford in 1978 as an industrial relations analyst. She has held a series of finance and management positions in Ford Customer Service Division, Marketing and Sales, Product Development and other automotive operations, including: manager, worldwide revenue; manager, North American pricing; and North American Marketing and Sales controller. Just before joining Ford Land, Inch served as finance director, Ford Customer Service Division, where she was responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range business planning and internal control for Ford Customer Service Division. She was recently recognized as one of the top women in finance by Treasury and Risk magazine. Born in Kansas City, Mo., Inch holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Eastern Michigan University.
