Ford Land is a full-service real estate company that plans, constructs, manages, and redevelops properties worldwide.

Ford Land was established in 1970 to develop a 2,360-acre tract of undeveloped land surrounding Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. This tract, called Fairlane, is an award winning master-planned business, retail, and residential community.

Over the past four decades we have become a service provider of real estate, construction, and facility services to many tenants, including Ford Motor Company.

Our mission is to satisfy our tenants’ need for a safe, productive and cost-effective workplace, allowing them to focus on their core business operations.
